Դամասկոսում տեղի է ունեցել Սիրիայում ՀՀ դեսպան, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր Արշակ Փոլադյանի «Ականատեսների հուշերը հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում» արաբերեն լեզվով գրքի շնորհանդեսը: Իսպանական Բուրգասսոթ քաղաքի տեղական ինքնակառավարման խորհուրդը հավանության է արժանացրել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու առաջարկը: Թուրքական Սաբահ թերթը հաղորդում է, որ Ստամբուլի հայ համայնքը վերականգնել է իր իրավունքները քաղաքի Շիշլի թաղամասում գտնվող հին հայկական գերեզմանատան նկատմամբ: Պոլսահայ «Ակոս» օրաթերթը հայտնում է. հնարավոր է ՝ գտնվել է արքունի նշանավոր ճարտարապետ Կարապետ Պալյանի շիրմաքարը: Ազգային բարերար Լևոն Հայրապետյանը Մոսկվայի Սուրբ Պայծառակերպություն վանական համալիրի թանգարանին նվիրել է Գևորգ Բաշինջաղյանի «Սևան» կտավը:
06.02.2015 Presentation of the book “Eye Witnesses to the Armenian Genocide Under the Ottoman Empire”, written by theArmenian Ambassador to Syria ArshakPoladian, Doctor of Historic Sciences, was held in Damascus, Syria. The book is written in Arabic. Local authorities of Burjassot, Spain, approved the recommendation on the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
